Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your desktop.

SOMEWHAT SUSPICIOUS PROCESSES (not sure if windows or malware): tbaseprovisioning (32 Bit), RichVideo Module, Adobe Genuine Software Integrity Service. There are also suspicious processes that are constantly running unless i run RKill here they are: APPS: 2 instances of "svcvmx client (32 Bit)" BACKROUND PROCESSES: ct.exe, CTF Loader (32 Bit) (used to start with Svcvmx.exe in startup, gone now), dataup.exe (32 Bit), 4 instances of "svcvmx client (32 Bit), tprdpw.exe. the computer has suspicious programs in startup i can't seem to disable, I'll list them: Cpx.exe and Svcvmx.exe I've run FRST64 as you've told other people to do, and would be glad to paste FRST.txt and Addition.txt when requested. Finally, I tried Windows defender offline to no avail.
Ive tried starting the malwarebytes service but it gives "error 170: The requested resource is in use" I've also used RKill to no avail, And HitmanPro, After none of that worked I attempted to do a fresh start from the windows 10 settings menu, but when clicked it loads for a second then nothing runs, I have also tried booting to safe mode but can't fresh start from there either, or run malwarebytes or its service.
